Will AI displace business consulting this year?

Most business people will tell you it’s more likely a case of when, not if. There’s no question ChatGPT has opened the eyes of the business world but it’s specialized GenAI workflows that’ll bring it into full bloom.

And when it comes to Accenture in a box, it’s clear it’ll be startups like StratRocket that’ll pull it off. I’m John Knapp, founder and CTO of StratRocket. This is my second AI-native startup and as we’ve been building our platform, we’ve been discovering just how massively huge our opportunity is.

Let’s be realistic

When starting out, I figured our code would be 75% of what we need to win. But given the scope of the opportunity, code is more like 25%, if that. To reach our full potential, we need to bulk up and that means finding the right people and capital to seize the opportunity.

We’ve got a great foundation to build on and I’m excited to do whatever it takes and that includes disbursing the majority of my founders equity to source a real dream team.
